As a guitar player (Nothing Left Inside and Hell&Dash) and concert organisator in the nineties, my love for music moved from one side to the other: audio engineering. So during the years I co-founded and built my own recording studio with Lionel Stassen (formerly Noisevil, today Azav).
Today I'm working with the magical crew at the Balackout Studio, a producing studio in the heart of broadcasting Brussels. A comfortable environment with state of the art gear. Creativity is skillfully integrated: from the onset of each project and through every step, our designers are accessible to the clients, working out together to reach their creative and identity goals. Our facilities include a modern and equipped studio to record any type of sound (from single voice to live bands), a workshop for visual art creation, and a video department with all professional hardware.

Everything started for me in 1989 on an Atari 1040ST with cubase 1.0, a Roland S550 sampler and a mixing console and evolved to the setup I have today: Solid State Logic's quality (sound card and convertors), high-end preamps, quality microphones, Cubase 8, Reaper 6 and Protools 10.

​Active since 1989,  I have the knowledge, experience and maturity to tackle my own projects. I acquired the necessary experience to know what works and what doesn't.

I like things to be loud, proud and punchy. I like my sound to be ballzy and with attitude. Nevertheless, I like to record whatever fits the room, every instrument is interesting for me and my love for recordings exceeds a music style.

​And having played in a band myself gives me the advantage of understanding a band.

I serve in English, Flemish, French and German.
